I bought this online without a in person inspection had it delivered. At first I thought "oh NO, I made a big mistake'. I ran out to local appliance store to look at refrigerators. I'm old school hadn't needed to purchase a frig in my lifetime. So big changes between old frig and new frig. I was freaking out new frig had missing parts that I thought was essential. Appliance person showed me a few new frig's assuring me that refrigerators have come along way not needing all parts and new features work well. Instructed to wait 24hrs and if not cold then they would swap out a new. They were giggling a bit with level of anxiety. Waiting 24 hrs then giggling at myself. 72 hr later turned on ice maker, tickled with shape of ice cubes. All good with new frig now a week later. Happy Koolaid Kid aka Mary

I thought I was pretty thorough with my ("incentivized" by a sweepstakes entry) review, but forgot to mention the ONE thing that could be considered a detriment: the door goes all the way to the floor, so every once in a while when opening it, the door hits my toe. So far it hasn't hurt and nothing has fallen out of the door. My old refrigerator had a grill set back underneath and the door was raised up off the floor. I still love my new FFTR2045VB refrigerator, but wanted to add this, and you can't edit a review.Oh yes, in searching for the required photo, I was reminded of the odd piece of tape used to cover the hinge holes on top of the fridge for the side which you DON'T use. I'd think they would use plugs, or at least put the tape on straight.

We are an authorized seller of frigidaire products and have many issues with the warranty department. Their service centers constantly stand up customers (sears). This service center was dropped and replaced with another. Now we are being told that the new company (DDD appliance) doesn't even service the customers in our area. I have tried to get a number for corporate or to speak with a manager. They refused to allow either. Our customers have been waiting months for a repair or other solution. Instead we are now escalating their work orders for the second time to try to locate another service center for them even though they already admitted that there aren't any other service centers. I asked them to replace the customes appliances and was also refused, saying that a service tech needs to be dispatched first. Worst company I have ever worked with. This needs resolved and frigidaire is not doing anything about it.

It has been good so far. My Dad worked for Frigidaire for many years, then white consolidated up to retirement. It was the most cost effective option at the time. I had a Frigidaire side by side that went out after 20 years (good run). I will say that the unit seems cheaper made than the one of 20 years ago. Everything is going, built in obsolescence, pitty.

I purchased a refrigerator in October and had it installed. March it stopped working and I was unable to get help when I called. It began to cool again and stopped again a week later. I didn™™t get a response from them so I had it repaired. When I called for a reimbursement because it is under warranty, they refused. I am very upset having to pay almost half of what it cost. I will never by their products nor recommend.

I was surprised to find that when I put my food in from my emergency storage (after my old one failed - 21 years old) the new layout worked really well for putting things in the door shelves. Also the wide drawer underneath the top shelf was really visibility wise.

I bought this fridge because the deli drawer is the biggest I have ever seen. The freezer capacity is really big as well. It has a nice sleek use. The door pockets are roomy. Overall, I think it's a great buy.

This refrigerator looks sleek, if that is possible, in my garage. It has a large freezer section and lots of room to accommodate everything that won't fit in our kitchen refrigerator. Since we live in Florida I fill it with lots of Gatorade and bottled water. And the freezer lets me take advantage of sales on things that I'm not going to use right away. So glad I got it.

If I could give them a zero I would! Bought several refrigerators for rental properties. There was a pretty bad flaw with their drawers and a few of them got broken! Called to order replacements, gave the customer service rep. the serial numbers and was told they were on back order. Fast forward almost 4 months later I received the completely wrong drawers that don™™t even go with the refrigerators, so I called back to see what the deal was. Apparently they put in the wrong serial number and shipped the wrong drawers. I was originally told that I had to pay for shipping to send them back and then express how displeased I was about the whole situation and having to pay for their employee's incompetence. After being put on hold while they talked to their supervisor, I was told that we could just keep the worthless drawers that did not fit and that the previous money spent would be credited to the correct drawers and I would only be responsible for any difference in price and the shipping of the new drawers. I was told they were going to have to process everything and I should hear back with 48 on a confirmation. 72 hours later, still no response so I called back again. Then was told that they put in the incorrect serial number again and need the correct info to process. Then I was told that I would have to pay to ship back the incorrect ones and shipping insurance and that the correct ones were on back order as well! This company is very poorly managed and customer service is a joke. If I could give anyone advice, go with another brand because this company is a nightmare to deal with and very incompetent customer service reps!
